LOCATION:

Sto. Tomas, Batangas

    JOB SUMMARY:

    – Responsible for the coordination and management of all issues to assigned customers.
    – Manage the validation and issuing of credit notes, will be required to work with the customer on their production lines with a goal of minimizing the noise related to company’s supply.
    – Will work with the customer’s operation and technical teams to identify opportunities for improvement as well as joint projects that can be worked on together for mutual benefit.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Safety

    • Be a champion of safety for the business and customers
    • Ensures all operators will follow established processes and remain safe and healthy
    • Proactively identify the safest way to perform tasks
    • Intervene when someone’s safety is at risk

    Commercial Excellence

    • Ensure production quality targets are achieved by working with the production team to identify reoccurring issues at our customers
    • Working with the quality management systems to ensure requests for credits are processed on time and with full details
    • Review customer requirements and make sure they are met; handle and resolve customer complaints and follow through investigations
    • Work closely with the customer on identifying opportunities for joint projects for mutual benefit
    • Can prepare and deliver presentations that propose solutions offered by the company that lower costs and increase productivity
    • Develop product training programs for customers

    Talent

    • Ensure all quality and process procedures are adhered
    • Continue to develop and learn, looking for opportunities to expand your knowledge of our process, as well as our customers
    • Lead, implement and maintain the support relationship with the customer
    • Ensuring compliance with policies of AFPC, including Travel and Expenses as related to your role
    • Active and regular participation in coaching and development, as well as use of Amcor’s Talent Management System
    • All persons shall have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to identified person(s)

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Chemical Engineering/ Science or related
      • discipline
      • 5+ years experience in flexible manufacturing, specifically in a hands-on role
      • Knowledge of customer machines and equipment is a plus
      • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with customers
      • Capability to thrive on multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment with
      • changing priorities, and have the ability to handle projects and issues autonomously while
      • working within a small team structure
      • Ability to work quickly (deadline-driven) and creatively to prioritize and meet deadlines
      • Exceptional influencing skills at every level of the organization – ability to gain consensus,
      • managing sensitive situations and sensitive materials

      • Working knowledge in the operation of GC and other material testing equipment
      • laminates production particularly in printing and lamination, quality systems such as
