    – Develop a BD priority plan identifying key category/segment opportunities that will be relevant to the company’s portfolio via industry mapping.

    – Map out customer prospects/prioritize in alignment with General Manager and engage to secure business.

    – Develop and drive execution of an Account Plan of the acquired customers


    • Hunt and prospect new customers and drive new business opportunities aligned with the company’s portfolio
    • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
    • Fully understand the company’s portfolio and identify value propositions and competitive business model
    • Identify business model of trading/import of the company’s product portfolio
    • Coordinate/execute business model via import with other the company’s factories
    • Develop/lead presentation to new customer prospect of the company’s portfolio
    • Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) responsibilities  


      Knowledge and experience

      • Experience in B2B (Business to Business) selling at least 3 years
      • Engineering or equivalent technical course
      • Experience in flexible packaging laminates an advantage
      • Knows how to drive and willing to travel
      • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
      • Self-motivated and high energy individual
