JOB SUMMARY:
– Develop a BD priority plan identifying key category/segment opportunities that will be relevant to the company’s portfolio via industry mapping.
– Map out customer prospects/prioritize in alignment with General Manager and engage to secure business.
– Develop and drive execution of an Account Plan of the acquired customers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hunt and prospect new customers and drive new business opportunities aligned with the company’s portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Fully understand the company’s portfolio and identify value propositions and competitive business model
- Identify business model of trading/import of the company’s product portfolio
- Coordinate/execute business model via import with other the company’s factories
- Develop/lead presentation to new customer prospect of the company’s portfolio
- Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and experience
- Experience in B2B (Business to Business) selling at least 3 years
- Engineering or equivalent technical course
- Experience in flexible packaging laminates an advantage
- Knows how to drive and willing to travel
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and high energy individual
